Irrigation Incentives for Victorian Mallee Irrigators 2021-22

Private landholders are invited to submit an Expression of Interest form

Who can apply?

Irrigators in the Mallee Catchment Management Authority (CMA) region who own land licenced for irrigation for a minimum of 10 years and meet the eligibility criteria defined in the Mallee Irrigation Incentive Program Guidelines.

Applications must be submitted to Mallee CMA via our website and must include all required information. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.

Please consider your incentive application in the context of the overall plan for your business and consult your business advisor and/or accountant for professional advice.

Incentives are not transferable between properties, incentive types or Landowners.

This incentive program is supported by the Mallee Catchment Management Authority (CMA) and delivered by Agriculture Victoria, through funding from the Victorian Government.

Important Information

Eligibility criteria and conditions apply to all incentives.

Applicants may submit an Expression of Interest at any time throughout the year. Only submit an Expression of Interest when ready to do the works.

Incentives are not guaranteed to all Expression of Interest applications submitted.

Expressions of Interest are assessed based on the potential of the proposed works to reduce the environmental impact of irrigation; by considering the salinity benefit and the water use efficiency gains of the proposed works.

These incentives apply only to works not funded from any other source.
